Seaweed is rich in iodine. Iodine aids production of thyroxin hormone which is needed for the metabolism and good mental function.
I bought this seaweed from Cold Storage at Takashimaya. It just contain seaweed no other flavouring or seasoning. It is already in powder form, so I just added 1 teaspoon into the cooked porridge. Here how the bottle looks like:
