Day 1 of Carrot Puree

Today is the first I am introducing carrot to my boy. I think if giving him carrot puree on its own it will taste weird. I will give it a try to see his reaction towards just carrot.. If he rejects it then I will mix it with his favourite rice cereal! I used baby carrot. I steamed carrot and blend it. Add boiled water to thin the puree.. Do not use the water from the steaming of carrot as it contains nitrate..

His reaction:
Cant take carrot alone. It must be mixed with cereal.. OK with it.. Did not take a video of him cos he dont have any funny expression.. kekeke.. :)

Next I will give him avocado~
