1st day of Rice + Soup Meal

Today, Kyan is officially started on his very 1st rice+soup meal.. He loves it so much and kept asking for more..!

Ingredients:
Garlic fry with unsalted butter
Corn (to add flavour to the soup based)
Carrot
Cauliflowers
Fish slices
Rice

Sick Sick Sick..

Kyan is sick! Down with fever, vomitting and diarrhea.. Poor boy.. *sayang*

Vomitted 6 times
Vomitted another 4 times while waiting to see the doctor..
Back at home at 4am+
Took medicine
Vomitting stops

13 Sep 8am+
Diarrhea 7 times
Went to the doctor at 5pm+
Took medicine
Diarrhea once at 8pm+

14 Sep 2am+
Fever at 37.6
Took medicine
Fever subsided

14 Sep 9am+
Diarrhea continues but only once or twice..
Daddy and Chimmy got it too (Vomitting and Diarrhea)..

15 Sep
NO more diarrhea~
Fever on n off.. (cos of the MMR jab)

17 Sep
Diarrhea came back!
Went to PD again..
Given many many many medicine!

Diarrhea stops but appetite still remains poor
Lost 1KG!
Parent-in-laws got it! (Vomitting and Diarrhea)

Oh my god.. This virus is super powerful!

Kyan finally back to his normal self! Eat well, Sleep well and Play well!

Relaxation time!

Mummy went for a relaxing teambuilding outing last week..

First to Kenko @ Singapore Flyer for a back massage followed by a fish spa~

See.. The fishes crowded around my feet! Tickling tickling feel.. Just a bit like being electrocuted.. BUT shiok! It helps to clear all your dead skin.. Very smooth after the spa! *_*



The man here is Joe Chin, one of my manager from Hong Kong.. Very nice guy! See, he was enjoying it..


After the spa, we went to Pan Pacific for dinner.. Quite a disappointing one.. But it is a good chance for us to know each other better other than just work and work.. Nothing but work..

Hope to have such outing more often! ^_^
