My first passport~

Woopee~ I will be receiving my 1st passport today!!

A letter from ICA to inform Mummy that my passport is ready for collection!




So Mummy took leave today and bring me down to ICA..

Day 1 of Potato Puree

Today is the first day that I am giving him potato. I bought the baby potato instead of the big ones. I washed the potato thoroughly and skin it. After which, I throw it in to boil together with the rice.

Day 1 of Spinach

Today is Kyan's first try on spinach.. I boil the spinach then chop it finely and add into the porridge..

The amount of food is 2.5 similac scoops of rice + 1 tablespoon of chopped spinach + 1 tablespoon of chopped carrot + fish + powdered silver fish

Looks yummy rite!


Baby reaction:
He loves his porridge.

Notes:
Spinach is give after 8 months because of its high content of nitrates.

Day 1 of Steamed Toufu

Today is the first time I am giving my boy steamed tofu. I bought organic tofu for him. It can be found in any supermarket. The brand is Unicurd. I cut the toufu into pieces and dump it in the porridge to cook.





I added pumpkin, chicken, powdered silver fish in too..



Notes:Only give tofu when baby is 7 months and older.

Heng Heng Crab - Small and Medium..

Mummy is giving a treat to all her good 'sisters' to AMK crab (we named it as Heng Heng crab)..

There are a few price range for the crabs..

Small crab - $30 to $40
Medium crab - $50 to $60
Large crab - $70 to $80

So they actually opted for small and medium.. Wondering how big or small the crab would be.. here you are..



Don't know is it cheap or expensive.. costs $140 for 2 small 1 medium crabs..

Money is not a problem as long we enjoyed it! *_*

Dinner at a Kopitiam

We went for dinner at a kopitiam behind our block (approx. 5-8mins walk). We did not bring anything out since Kyan just drank his milk. Never tot it would rain SO HEAVILY and we actually "trap" there from 7pm to 930pm! And the rain did not stop! ZzzZzz.. How did we get back then? Borrowed an umbrella from the Kopitiam uncle, walked back, get the vehicle and drive back lor!

WoOo.. Finally got the time to update Kyan's blog.. *phew*

Kyan is turning 9 months old this Saturday!

Time flies.. Watching him growing up, learning new ropes everyday are really a very pleasure, warming and enjoying moments for me..
