Day 1 of Powdered Silver Fish

Today is the first I am introducing silver fish powder to my boy. I soak the silver fish for 1 hr to ensure that most of the salt are removed. I then sieve the soaked silver fish and give it another wash. I leave the washed silver fish in the sieve to remove any excess water. After which, I toast the washed silver fish until it is slightly golden and dried (no oil is used). I then grind/blend the silver fish into powder as shown in the picture. Add 1 teaspoon of powdered silver fish into the porridge that is almost cooked.

Kyan is taking the porridge very well. Glad that he is enjoying it so much.. :)

My 1st Chinese NIU Year EVE..

Woohoo~! Today Daddy & Mummy bringing me to have my 1st Reunion Dinner with Ye Ye's family! Yeah!! What am I excited about? I will only have Milk & Cereal.. ZzzZzz...
