Day 1 of Pumpkin Puree

Today is the first time I am giving my boy pumpkin puree. Pumpkin is nutritious. I did not buy one whole pumpkin because it will be too big. Now in supermarket, they are selling 1/4 to 1/2 size pumpkin. So I bought those. I cut the pumpkin into smaller size and wash them up. I steamed the pumpkin for about 15-20 minutes. After that I blend it into puree.

I added the pumpkin puree to his rice cereal as he don't like to eat the alone..

He enjoys it after all!

Dinner with Theresa Ah Yee on 26 Dec 2008

Yo Kyan! Mummy went Ban Leong to have dinner with Theresa Ah Yee.. Don't be shock when you see these..

Are these consider DIET? I don't think so.. Maybe it is.. cos if we are not on diet we might be ordering alot more! *_*

21 Dec is a tiring day for me! Mummy has planned a full day programs..

10am - Going swimming with Stanley Kor Kor and Janelle Jie Jie

11am - Go to Ahmei Ah Yee's mum place to rest, bathe and lunch

3pm - Proceed to Meijiao Ah Yee's house to party!

8pm - Home Sweet Home.. ZzzZzzz..

Although I had a very tired day but it's a FRUITFUL one! Cosss...

My 1st Xmas Party on 20 Dec 2008!

Mummy brought me to a Xmas Party.. It is specially organised for all the June 2008 babies in SMH! There are 26 babies in total..

I am so tired that I actually slept not along after reaching.. Not only me hor!

Day 1 of Sweet Potato

Today is the first day I am giving my boy sweet potato puree. I got the Japanese sweet potato. These sweet potatoes are hardly sweet at all.

I wash and skinned the sweet potato and steam the sweet potato for about 15 minutes. Once done, I blend it using a fork to give a smooth puree texture. I will add formula milk to the puree to make it thinner when feeding.

I don't think sweet potato is a suitable food to start for bb as it is very difficult to swallow.. He don't fancy sweet potato.. I will use it to cook his porridge next time to give sweetness..

Yummy! I love peach puree but not the bottled one.. Mummy bot me the bottled one but it's tasted YUCKs! So Mummy decided to make the puree herself and it is soOooOo YummY lor! :)

Day 1 of Brown Rice

This is the first time I am giving my boy brown rice cereal.. I read somewhere that brown rice is hard to digest and difficult to be absorb by baby's digestive system. Hopefully he won't have constipation.. I mixed the brown rice cereal with hot water.

Conclusion:
Oh no! Kyan doesn't like Brown Rice at all and refused to open his mouth! I decided to add in to his milk feed..

New skill of mine!

I have mastered another new skill~ That is pulling both my feet towards my face.. Very soon I will have new thing for me to suck on(my little toes)! *Yummy*
